You can return the ordered goods at any time within the fourteen-day cancellation period without giving reasons. Please note that the postage for faultless returns is borne by the customer (see cancellation policy).

If you would like to process the return via our shipping provider (DHL), we will be happy to send you a return label by email. Please inform us of your return request by email and give us the invoice number. After receiving your e-mail, we will send you the return label.

To avoid damage, we ask you to send the item back in the original packaging, if possible.
