The prices shown are final prices incl. shipping costs (within Germany).
For orders from other European countries, the prices quoted are the following, plus shipping costs.
TASHAY charges for the countries Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Andorra, United Kingdom, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus a shipping share of 10 €.
For orders from the Non EU (Liechtenstein and Switzerland) the prices are the indicated plus shipping costs (17€).
For all other countries, please contact us. We are happy to make an individual offer for your delivery.
In the case of deliveries of goods outside the European Union, customs clearance fees, import duties and customs duties may be incurred by the consignee. These costs are determined according to the goods, the price, the size and the weight of the shipment and are charged directly to the recipient by the DHL parcel service.

SHIPPING PARTNERS & DELIVERY TIME

We ship our parcels as DHL standard shipping through our shipping partner DHL Paket GmbH. All packages are shipped CO2-neutral with DHL GoGreen.
All shipments are insured and can be tracked.
For orders within Germany and for payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal or by bank transfer, unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.
If you order from other European countries and from the non-EU (Liechtenstein and Switzerland) and when you pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal or bank transfer, unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be delivered in 3-14 working days after receipt of payment.
Liability for delay in delivery is excluded.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please inform the delivery company and contact us. Failure to provide information and contact has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights.
